GE (General Electric) Stock experienced a rare reverse stock split effective August 2, 2021. On July 30, when the stock market closed on Friday afternoon, the stock was trading for $12.95 a share. Then the 8-to-1 reverse stock split went into effect, changing the stock price to $103.60.
